About the Event

A celebration of triumph and history and learning about Juneteenth with the New Paltz community. This all-day extravaganza will include story-telling, musical performances, a commemoration ceremony, tours and a parade to help honor and remember the formerly enslaved Africans that were integral to the Village of New Paltz’s history. Juneteenth events will start at 10:00 am and end at 4 pm with walkable locations in New Paltz.
